Terms and Conditions

- By accessing our site and/or placing an order, you acknowledge your agreement to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our site. - If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Pricing :

- All items are priced in £ Sterling, and include VAT at 15%
- We reserve the right to change any advertised price before an order is placed.
- All items are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will offer you an alternative item or will be pleased to give you a full refund including any postage costs paid.

Payments:

- Payment can be made by credit or debit card using Paypal online. We are unable to accept cheques for online orders.
- Payment will be debited to your account on despatch of your order.
- All feasible steps are taken to maximise the security of your details, those of your order and of payment.
- No information will be passed to any third parties beyond Paypal, the credit card clearing system and WHY Jewellers.

Non-delivery/loss or damage:

-In the extremely unlikely event that your goods are lost in transit or arrive damaged, please let us know within 7 days through our Customer Service email address sales@whyjewellers.co.uk
or by phoning us on +44 (0)1929 480515, and we will arrange for a replacement, exchange or refund.

Delivery:

- Items may only be dispatched to the address at which the payment card is registered.
- We dispatch items by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which provides full insurance whilst in transit.
- Delivery is next day from time of dispatch. However, where delivery times and dates are indicated, they are for guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- We make a charge of £5.75 for delivery of items up to a value of £350. £6.75 for delivery of items of values from £350.01 to £500.00 and £7.75 for delivery of items of values from £500.01 upwards.
- We are unable to deliver to a PO BOX address or secure home delivery boxes.
- Items can only be delivered when signed for in person at the delivery address.
- If a signature cannot be obtained then the Royal Mail will leave a note requesting collection from their local collection office. ID will be required.
- If the item is not collected after 7 days it will be returned to sender.

Returns, and money back guarantee:

- We are confident you will be very pleased with your purchase, and we offer a money back guarantee on all jewellery supplied through our online store.
- If you wish to return an unwanted piece within 28 days of the order being delivered, we will offer a replacement or a refund of the full value of the item, excluding any postage costs. Our returns policy does not apply to items sent in error.
- Please ensure returned goods are in the same condition as they were sent to you and in their original packaging. Items that we deem to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear are not eligible for replacement, exchange or refund.
- Purchases made via the Internet or via Mail-Order cannot be returned in person to our shop.
- A receipt including a returns section will be sent out with your order. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in its original condition and we are not liable for any loss in transit, nor provide a free returns service.

Copyright, Trademark, Descriptions and general:

- All items are described as accurately and as faithfully as possible based on information supplied.
- All stone weights and dimensions are for reference and are approximate.
- All WHY Jewellers designs, trademarks and logos are exclusive to WHY Jewellers and are protected by copyright.
- All Elodie designs and images are exclusive and are protected by copyright.
- We endeavour to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors, viruses or anything else that may have a harmful effect on any technology.
